Lands of Eli
As Vistors stand just outside the Imperial Gates they would see a large map hung upon the mighty
stone wall that encircles the entire Imperial Lands of Elidoris. The Wall protects the lands both physically and even some
say magically. For within are mighty beings whom are rumored immortal even.
Elidoris is an elven founded Empire, though many a race have taken residence within these glorius lands.
The Royal family is of elven heritage, it being held in reverence by both them and many of the citizens. Elven, human, dwarven,
and even some rather odd creatures make Elidoris their home. Elven influence is prominant in these lands, and is evident in
the language spoken and traditions upheld, though human ways are growing quickly with the increasing human influence. All
citizens are encouraged to be tolerant and respect others and their beliefs. This the Elidorisian way it is what ties the
cultures together.

The Imperial Gates, a masterpiece themselves, immediately bring visitors to believe all they have heard tale of.
A massive marble stone wall that encircles the entire of Elidoris, the gates are the only entrance by land to the kingdom.
A rather large watch tower mounted just on the right of the Entrance to the city, keeps a keen eye trained
on the surrounding areas. Just inside the wall, and thusly within the kigdom is a small settlement of seemingly very well
made and rather comfortable homes. The people of the lands are very well looked after, especially if they prove loyal and
devoted as the the guards do. They and their families live nearby the gates not but a short ride from the Capitol
City.

The Capitol City of Elidoris, a wonderous and magical place, T'Gatherin lies nestled between the Tara ras Orodrim Mountain
Range and the Sea . Breath taking vistas greet the travelers , either by sea or land. The city is constructed of polished marble
and granite, trimmed in all manner of ways. Flowered trellises, hillside gardens, colorful pennants and windows of quartz
and glass. Settled in a lush basin it is well irrigated and quite fruitful as far as the surrounding region
is concerned. When the sun sets, the city shines in all its glory, the stones ablaze with refletced gold, amber, rose and
white highlights. Truly T'Gatherin's favor amoung the gods is apparent.

As visitors travel further into the center of towne they happen into Market Square. Here is the hub activity in
town, merchnants, shops, cart vendors, many of the City's services and cozy homes for the citizens
are within the center of town. Of special interest would be our jewlers house, Breads and Such Bakery, famous for its sweet
rolls and candied daisies, which are rumored to be unique to Elidoris alone. Of course there are the Hounds and
Horses Stables, quite a large and profittable establishment for it caters not merely to horses, Bellamy Imports down
along wharf street, Mystic Wares a reputable magic shop for your magical needs, and a very reliable blacksmith can be found
at Ironman Forge right next door to The Mythril Coset an Amoury and Boutique. The Empire's Paper, the Tribune, is also
located here and can be quite controversial at times.

At the foot of the blessed hills, sits the Temple of White flame. Hit perfectly by the rising morning sun and shrounded
by the mysterious mists from the hills by eve, this temple is revered by both the land and the citizens alike. The Inner
Sanctum is remarkable void of outside distractions, even given the
large circular expanse cut from the ceiling allowing the light of the day or night to filter in. Embracing those that come,
are walls of stone, silent white flames dancing over them, dressing the revered stone in an elegant, powerful mysteriouness
reminicent of the chosen god of worship Eli. It is here that most seek solice, search their hearts and minds, gather their
thoughts. With clerics, and healers and a druid to help guide, many citizens in Elidoris find this reverance for
nature and tolerance for living souls a most fullfilling religion.

Just outside the city the is a large encampment for the troops of Elidoris. Composed of Elves and men and even
a detachment of dragons these lands are well protected with air support, naval support and quite the army if needed. Though
these lands seem to be favored by the gods, it has been noted that a small angelic host of protectors too keep a keen
eye over the lands. There is an arena for combat or sport training which also offers a Fighters Guild, a Coliseum
for games where the Halls of Honor can be viewed. Looking down from the nearby mountain top is a fortress. High enough
to look over all the lands, sight the seas to the east, and look down past the wall over the mountains to west. A watchful
eye above seems to comfort the citizens of Elidoris.

Elidoris spills out to the Sea from its guarded embrace by the high mountains of the east and north and the fairy forrest
to the south. Home of the naval forces it boast a large fleet as is common amoungst Seaside communities. Here in the
wharf are many fisherman and traders too, the center of trade for the region there alwys numerous ships from many
nations anchored in the harbor. The streets are littered with fishmungers and navymen all heading
toward the Port and Ale Tavern where they can rest and relax.. Thanks to quite a trade occuring between Elidoris
and other Lands and the bounty that the Sea provides Elidoris lacks for little. The Sea is a livelihood for many a citizen
here in Elidoris and brings boutifulness to the lands themselves.
